3-Way Chat allows you to have a 3-way conference call on your home phone.
The 3-Way Chat service costs 55c per use plus standard call costs for each call joined to the chat.

Abbreviated dialling
Abbreviated dialling lets you store up to 60 numbers in your local exchange and then use 2- or 3-digit codes to call them.

Call Back
Call Back allows you to set your home phone to sound a distinctive Call Back ringtone when an engaged number becomes available Call Back.
The Call Back service costs 35 cents per successful connection plus standard call costs.

Call back busy
Call back busy redials a busy number for you once it is no longer busy.
We charge you 35¢ each successful use of call back busy plus standard call charges.

Call Barring
Call barring allows you to control certain types of calls.
There is no charge for barring calls.
|
Call Control
Call Control allows you to restrict certain call types that can be dialled from your home phone. The service is also called Easycall Control.
Call Control costs $3.30 per month.

Call Diversion (Number Only)
Allows you to use a telephone number that is not connected to a service and have calls to that number forwarded to your phone.
Call Diversion (Number Only) can provide up to five simultaneous diversions.
Charges apply for this service.

Call Forward
Call Forward allows you to divert calls (Call Diversion) from your home phone number to a different number.
Call Forward Standard is free. Normal call charges will apply to calls forwarded using this service.

Call Return
Call Return allows you to access the number of the last unanswered call on your home phone service, provided the call was not made from a blocked or silent number.
There is a charge of 35 cents to retrieve the number of your last unanswered call. If you decide to return the call by dialling "1", standard call charges will apply.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting notifies you of an incoming call on your home phone while you are already on a Call Waiting. You can place your Call Waiting on hold to answer the incoming call.
This service is free.

Calling Number Display
Calling Number Display lets you see the telephone number of a person calling you (unless they have blocked their details).
This service is also called Caller Line Identification (CLI).
This service costs $6.00 per month (incl GST)

Calling Number Display Blocking
You can block your number from being displayed to your details remian private.

Delayed Hotline
Delayed Hotline allows you to preselect a phone number that will be automatically dialled after four seconds when you lift the handset and do not dial any number
This service costs $3.30 per month (incl GST)

Duet Phone and Fax multiple number
Duet Phone and Fax multiple number gives you a second telephone number with a distinctive ring to make it easier to receive faxes and to provide access for FaxStream services from your service.
We charge you $6.00 per month for Duet.

Line Blocking
Line Blocking prevents your number from being displayed on the phone you are calling.
This service is free.

Line Hunt
Line Hunt lets you add as many lines as you need, yet advertise only one number. As calls come in on your main number, Line Hunt automatically finds the next free line and puts them through. Callers do not have to wait until the main phone line is free.
Charges apply for this service.

MessageBank
MessageBank is a voice mail service. It provides you with a personalised service for your phone when you are unable to answer a call.
The basic MessageBank service costs $6.00 per month.

Multiple Number
Multiple number allows you to have a second telephone number. When the second number is called, your telephone rings differently.
The charge for this service is $6 per month.

Remote Access
With Remote Access you can vary the forwarding location of your phone calls from other premises. You can also switch phone features on and off.
The service costs $2.20 per month plus call charges.

Silent Number
A Silent Number attached to your service will make your phone number private.
It will not be printed in or available from the Whitepages or directory assistance.
Also your number will not be displayed on the phone you are calling.
This service costs $2.93 per month (incl GST)

Smart Ring
Lets you identify who's calling by the sound of up to 3 distinctive rings.
The service costs $4.40 per month.
