Pricing applies to standard calls to any fixed or mobile phone (except satellite phones) in Australia, anytime. Calls are charged in one second increments. Rates include GST.
*Home'n'Mobile is only available to customers who have their residential fixed line service with WebSecure.

- SMS Messages: 25c
- Voicemail deposit and retrieval: 7.5c per 30 seconds
- GSM SIM replacement fee $20
- Reconnection after non payment of account: $30
- Minimum monthly charge is billed monthly in advance. The first bill will have a charge applied in arrears from sign up to bill date and also one month in advance.
- There is no rollover of included call credits - they expire at the end of the month.
- Double Credit Plans are only available on a 12 month contact.
- Standard calls include any landline and/or mobile number within Australia. Standard calls exclude international calls, '19' and '12' calls and other special services, all data calls (WAP, SMS, GPRS and 1xRTT), international calls and international roaming calls, third party content, all calls to and from satellite phones, voicemail deposits and retrievals and other special services.
- WebSecure reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons. We also reserve the right to change or withdraw any offer at any time.
- A charge will apply for early termination of a 12 month contract and there will be an administration fee if you wish to reduce your monthly access level. There will also be an $8 Port Out charge applied if you transfer your service to another provider.
International Roaming
GSM international roaming allows allows you to use your mobile service in countries around the world where international roaming arrangements are in place with carriers in those countries. If you're planning to take your mobile overseas you'll need to contact WebSecure to make sure your mobile service is activated for international roaming. WebSecure advises customers to be mindful that international roaming charges vary greatly, are outside of our control and can often be much higher than expected.
