Some conditions apply to all Express ADSL plans.
(a)
All prices includes GST.
(b) Data usage is counte as download only, not like other ISP who count both upload & download.
(c)
A once-off line activation fee of $125 applies.
(d) An early termination fee of $75 if the service is disconnected within the first 6 months of the contract. Minimum contract period is 12 months.
(e) A fee of $75 for change of plan (e.g. change of layer, speed, service type or price).
(f) Static IP is $8.00/month.
(g)
Data usage is measured as downloads only to produce the billable and shapeable total.
(h) Data uploaded to data downloaded is not to exceed a ratio of 3:1, respectively.
(i) Unused included data from one billing cycle is not carried forward to the next.
(j) Additional data will be charged at 10c/MB.
* Acceptable Use of Policy: Express Unlimited ADSL plans will be shaped on a 30-day rolling cycle, enabling us to continue to
provide our premium services more efficiently. Each day in the early hours of the morning the
previous 30-day data total is calculated, if this total exceeds 40GB then the connection will be
shaped to 56Kbps. Shaping will only apply as long as the previous 30-day total exceeds 40GB.
Once the 30-day total drops below 40GB shaping will be lifted.

Express DSL Hardware and Set-up Options
DSL set-up costs vary depending on whether you supply you own hardware or purchase a Web Secure supplied modem/router and Web Secure install or you install. Customers transferring from another ISP can also save money if their current provider participates in the Rapid Transfer Program.
