Business Bundle Plan Terms  

Offer only applies to bundled broadband and telephone services eligible for the offer.
Not available in conjunction with any other discount or special offer.
Offer only available to customers with a minimum 12 month contract term for bundled services.
Customers must sign a minimum 12 month Business broadband contract and move at least one fixed line telephone service (including line rental, pre-selection of local, national and international calls) over to Websecure.
If currently in contract term of less than 12 months with Websecure, a minimum term or fixed term contract will be extended to have a 12 month term.
Contract payout is required for the whole of the service (e.g. both the telephone and Internet) upon early termination. Payouts calculated in accordance with the relevant data and voice terms contained in your customer contract.

# The actual transmission rate which can be achieved is likely to be less than the maximum transmission capability (ie.8000/384kbps) quoted. Factors that may affect the actual transmission rate include network configuration, dimensioning, line quality, customer premises interference, distance from exchange, method of data transmission, exchange type, hardware and software configuration and other technical reasons. Approximately 70% of customers will be able to achieve speeds of around 6000kbps or more when using the 8000/384kbps product.

Bus5 512 Lite
Once included monthly data has been reached on Business DSL, excess is charged at 6c/MB.
For new DSL customers - To qualify for free set-up (set-up excludes modem cost) the minimum contract term is 24 months. $99 set-up fee (set-up excludes modem cost) applies to minimum contract terms less than 24 months, pay by the month after expiry of minimum term. Business DSL minimum contract package cost (excludes excess charges or modem if applicable) for Bus6 512 Lite is $878.40 (12 month) or $1,558.80 (24 month). Termination during minimum term requires pay out of contract cost.
