ADSL2+ Plan Terms  

Offer only applies to bundled broadband and telephone services eligible for the offer.
Not available in conjunction with any other discount or special offer.
Offer only available to customers with a minimum 12 month contract term for bundled services.
Customers must sign a minimum 12 month ADSL2+ contract and move at least one fixed line telephone service (including line rental, pre-selection of local, national and international calls) over to Websecure.
If currently in contract term of less than 12 months with Websecure, a minimum term or fixed term contract will be extended to have a 12 month term.
Contract payout is required for the whole of the service (e.g. both the telephone and Internet) upon early termination. Payouts calculated in accordance with the relevant data and voice terms contained in your customer contract.

# The actual transmission rate which can be achieved is likely to be less than the maximum transmission capability (ie.24000/800kbps) quoted. Factors that may affect the actual transmission rate include network configuration, dimensioning, line quality, customer premises interference, distance from exchange, method of data transmission, exchange type, hardware and software configuration and other technical reasons. Approximately 70% of customers will be able to achieve speed.

1. Downstream/upstream.
2. Data allowance subject to carrier restrictions – If you use this service and (a) the data downloaded and uploaded, in total, exceeds 30GB in a month; and (b) the data downloaded is less than 50% of the total in that month – then our carrier may suspend, limit or cancel this service. Where our carrier imposes these restrictions on the service, then we may also suspend, limit or cancel the service.
3. Credit terms are strictly monthly in advance. [i.e. Dec 07 paid by 15.11.2007].
4. Payment is via Direct Debit Authority from a bank account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) only. [credit acrd fee applies of 1.95% of invoice value]
5. ADSL2+ Internet plans must not be used as a bandwidth supply for ISP (e.g. dial-up) services. Penalties will apply.
6. The change of plan fee will apply in all cases.
7. Web Secure may withdraw any or all ADSL2+ plans from sale with 21 days notice.
8. Port 25 is blocked to minimise spam or inadvertent Open-Relay SMTP tarffic. Web Secure reserves teh right to block any other port it deems necessary to ensure continued optimum network performance.
9. All ADSL2+ Prices excludes GST.
10. Client use of any Web Secure services are governed by Web Secure "Full Standard Form of Agreement" (SFoA) and Acceptable Use of Policy.
