Our SmartBroadband based Fixed Price ADSL Bundle plans are available from 320 exchanges across all Australian states and the ACT. If you are not on one of our SmartBroadband exchanges we can still offer you access to our Fixed Price ADSL Bundle range from another network.

Other Exchanges

DATA CONDITIONS

• Data usage is measured as downloads only to produce the shapeable total.
• Internet data is transmitted via a transparent cache.
• Data transferred between ADSL connections within the same state may contribute to metered traffic.
• Data uploaded to data downloaded is not to exceed ratio of 3:1, respectively.
• Unused included data from one billing cycle is not carried forward to the next.
• No Excess data fees apply to any of the speeds.
• Service will be shaped once the included data amount has been reached.

Shaping
The following shaping features will be available on the Fixed Price ADSL Bundle plans:

• 30-day rolling cycle
• Shaping limit is fixed and Service is slowed to 64kbps when exceeded.
• Shaping will be applied across the peak and off-peak periods independently.

30-day Rolling Cycle
The 30-day rolling cycle enables us to continue to provide our premium services more efficiently. Each day in the early hours of the morning the previous 30-day data total is calculated, if this total exceeds the selected shaping point then the connection will be shaped to the selected speed. Shaping will only apply as long as the previous 30-day total exceeds the selected shaping point. Once the 30-day total drops below the selected shaping point, shaping will be lifted.

SETUP FEES & OTHER CHARGES

• a once-only setup fee of $90.00.
• an early termination fee of $50.00 if the service is disconnected within the first 6 months of the contract.
• a fee of $36.00 for change of plan (e.g. change of layer, speed, service type or plan). This fee applies to all services being migrated to and from the Fixed Price ADSL Bundle product range.
  

TERMS

• Credit terms are strictly in advance.
• Direct debit Authority from a bank account or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
• Fixed Price Bundled ADSL2+ Internet plans must not be used as a bandwidth supply for ISPs (e.g. dial-up) services.
• We will charge an early termination fee of $50.00 if, within any first 6 month contract:
  • The service is terminated for any reason; or
  • There is a change of plan (e.g. change of layer, spped, service type or price). A new setup fee will also apply.
• The change of plan fee will apply in all cases.
• We may withdraw any or the Fixed Price Bundled ADSL2+ plans from sale with 30 days notice.
• Port 25 is blocked to minimise spam or inadvertent Open-Relay SMTP traffic. Websecure reserves the right to block any other port it deems necessary to ensure continued optimum network performance.
