Broadband for Health
 The Broadband for Health initiative is a three-year program that will deliver the benefits of broadband technology to eligible General Practices, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) and pharmacies.
Imagine the possibilities - Increased time efficiency and better patient care. Broadband will benefit both consumers and health care providers with improved communications between doctors and other health providers. Rapid, online delivery of results, referrals and requests such as pathology results and hospital discharge summaries, will also be assisted.
